We select varieties such as Castillo and Caturra, which undergo a meticulous artisanal process: 72-hour fermentation, sun-drying, threshing, selection, and specialized roasting. This process highlights unique notes and an unparalleled aroma, offering an authentic sensorial experience in every cup.
