where we started

Our coffee is grown at "Finca Las Orquideas" located in the heart of Colombian's coffee-growing region known for its rich harvests.

2008

On this farm, located 1,610 meters above sea level, the Castillo and Caturra coffee varieties are carefully cultivated. Thanks to this altitude, the beans ripen slowly, allowing for the development of bright acidity and the complex flavor characteristic of our mountain coffee.

OPTIMIZED FERMENTATION PROCESS

The production process is artisanal and meticulous. After harvesting, the beans undergo a 72-hour fermentation process, then are carefully washed and dried for a specific time.
